Fido
Watch It.
Work today is retarded. So I'm doing anything. I dont know if its because i feel lazy or because i just dont want to try for no reason, but I'm not even really in the mood to write.
So this is today's half-assed attempt at a decent post by someone who has definately not slept enough this week. Thank god for Bullet Points
Sometimes, I wished lived in a twisted city where everyone was ready to fight all the time. It would be a world with lots of dark corners, and a still deadly quiet, crawling with ninjas and their amazing ninja babies, gangs in every alley.
In this fight club land, I'm this super awesome fighting machine that can like, see the future or something. I fight like a pro. I have the agility of a spry feline.
Basically,I am the female version of this guy:
And i rock so hard you have no idea.
oh, and also, don't try to chase me, cuz in my ninja world, I can do this shit:
Hancock
On Freeze Dried Movies SimSandwich gives a pretty damn good explication of the Movie's General plotline, so good in fact that I get to be lazy and just ctrl+c:
John Hancock, an alcoholic, irritable, and burnt-out superhero who technically protects Los Angeles from every day criminals. As the film begins, he more or less accidentally stops the escape of a car full of robbers, and in the process destroys countless buildings, sections of the freeway, and vehicles.
Meanwhile, our other lead, Ray (Jason Bateman) is also on the outs – he’s a PR rep who wants to save the world, not his client’s bottom line. As luck would have it, Hancock saves Ray from near death when his car gets stuck on the train tracks, and to repay him, Ray decides to take Hancock as a new client, working to repair his image. Ray takes Hancock home to meet his family: a young son, and his beautiful wife (Charlize Theron), who is automatically suspicious of Hancock’s intentions.
at the end of the day, the film is about all three characters, not just Hancock.
A good friend sent me this preview today. I had never heard of it or seen anything about it until she did.
Rocknrolla, slated to come out some time in 2008 is an Empire film production starring (to name a few)Gerard Butler, Gemma Arterton, Jeremy Piven, Thandie Newton, Tom Wilkinson and Ludacris.
According to Wikipedia, the premise is:
When a Russian mobster sets up a real estate scam that generates millions of pounds, various members of London's criminal underworld pursue their share of the fortune.
The preview makes it out to have something to do with a painting, which they mention like 37 times in the 3 minute trailer. Yet another movie i need to get a screener pass for.
Hummm, How to make this happen?
